1. Nail Extension & Polish Wear

At Lovely Nails, we want our clients to enjoy long-lasting, beautiful nails. Please note that nail enhancements will naturally wear off over time. Frequent exposure to water, detergents, or harsh chemicals can cause lifting. We recommend getting your nails filled or refreshed every 2–3 weeks to maintain their strength and appearance.
Regular polish typically lasts up to 3 days, while gel polish may last up to 2 weeks depending on individual wear and lifestyle.

2. Maintenance & Fills

To ensure the health of your natural nails and longevity of your enhancements, we recommend visiting your favorite nail technician every 2–3 weeks. Delaying refills beyond three weeks may lead to lifting and increase the risk of nail damage or infection.

3. No Refund Policy & Fixes

When you book with us, you’re paying for the technician’s time, expertise, and materials. For this reason, all services and products are non-refundable.
If you’re unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary express fix if the issue was due to application or product.
Concerns raised after 24 hours or due to improper aftercare will be addressed at full service cost.

4. 7-Day Warranty

We offer a 7-day warranty on nail services. However, this warranty becomes void if:

  • Services are modified by another salon.

  • Hands are exposed to harsh chemicals without gloves.

  • Nails are intentionally bitten or picked at.

  • Non-recommended products are used for care.

  • Aftercare instructions are not followed.

  • Medical conditions are left untreated or not disclosed.

  • Instructions for use are not adhered to.

5. Complaints

We’re committed to client satisfaction. If you have a concern, kindly notify us within 3 business days of discovery, either in writing or by phone. Lovely Nails will respond within 3 business days. If your concern is valid, we’ll gladly redo the agreed service.

Our Right to Refuse Service

For health and safety, we reserve the right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone with open cuts or infections.

  • Individuals with potentially contagious nail conditions.

  • Clients with diabetes (please notify our staff before service; no cutting services allowed).

  • Any rude, aggressive, or disrespectful individuals.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • All services are final sale and non-refundable.

  • If your nails become chipped, broken, or misshaped, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment. Fixes must be scheduled within 7 days of your service.

  • We’ll gladly redo a service at no cost only if you speak up during your appointment and your concerns are valid.

  • Once you leave the salon, it’s understood you are satisfied with your service.

  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (e.g. lifting, chipping due to impact or poor care) will require a paid repair.
